For as long as I can remember I have loved the culinary arts. I have been in the restaurant industry for 6 years going from dishwasher to general manager. I built this blog for home cooks and professional chefs to communicate and share ideas. Many people outside of the restaurant industry never understand why some restaurant food is better than their cooking. The goal for this blog is to teach you how to think like a chef inside and outside the kitchen. If your are in the restaurant industry I invite you to come in and pass your ideas around.
